As we close out the year, the Private-Radar team wishes to send you warm regards this holiday season.
On our side, 2025 has been one of our most successful years to date, marked by the continued on-boarding of new partners worldwide and, alongside ongoing updates, we proudly introduced two major new additions to the platform, including an entirely new module!
With the launch of the Crew Information System and the powerful Auto-Scheduling feature, along with major system enhancements across the platform, we are proud to continue to set the standard as the world’s most advanced Flight School Management Solution.
Before we dive into our highlights, let’s take a look at our partners’ achievements in 2025.
2025 in Numbers
Private-Radar is trusted by over 70,000 Users, at more than 140 partner organisations in 40 countries around the world.
This year, Private-Radar enabled 1.2 million bookings and over 500,000 flight hours.
The Aircraft Tracking System recorded over 110 million points.

Since the inception of Private-Radar, our mission has been to empower flight schools to operate safely and efficiently by providing a powerful system that is dependable and easy to use. In 2025, we introduced two major innovations that strengthen Private-Radar’s role as a leader in Flight School Management Solutions.
Crew Information System
The Crew Information System allows you to send critical documents to your pilots, ensure they are read and enforcing strict controls to enhance safety and compliance throughout your organisation.
Auto-Scheduling
Private-Radar brings you next generation scheduling by introducing Auto-Scheduling. This innovative feature does the hard work of building a complex schedule for you, empowering partners to schedule faster, reduce workload and decrease costs.
Additional Solution Upgrades & Product Evolution
This year we also introduced over 35 other updates to make the platform faster, more intuitive and efficient, including the redesign of several functionalities for a better user interface and experience, as well as new multilingual support.
Events & Exhibitions
2025 again took us across the globe, connecting with partners and industry leaders at some of aviation’s most influential events.
From Florida (FSANA), Brussels (Pilot-Expo) Friedrichshafen (AERO-Expo), Istanbul (IFTE), Lyon (France Air Expo), Cascais (EATS), and Montreal (ATAC).
Altogether, we covered 25,000 miles, that’s enough to run 955 marathons, lay over 400,000 football fields end-to-end, or stack 122,000 Eiffel Towers on top of each other!
Giving Back
We support charity and not-for-profit organizations such as Wings for Warriors (Aboyne, UK), Fundació Parc Aeronàutic de Catalunya (Barcelona Sabadell, Spain) and Fundación Infante de Orleans (Madrid, Spain).
As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back we continue to supporting international humanitarian work, through our contributions to UNICEF, Action Against Hunger, and Oxfam.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the New Year, we have exciting plans for 2026, including the launch of a redesigned and improved Schedule.
We’re also looking forward to welcoming new partners and team members as we continue to grow and strengthen the platform. With every update, our focus remains on delivering the most advanced Flight School Management Solutions.
