In this tutorial, I will show you how to use Smart Filters in the Flights Module.

Using the Smart Filters tool, you can easily save different flight filter configurations.

To apply smart filters, you first need to create them. 

**CREATE A SMART FILTER:** (0:23)

Let me show you how to do it:

1. First, sign in to your account.

2. Go to the Flights Module.

3. Click on the Filters icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.

4. Enter a name for the “Smart Filters”. 

4. Now, select the criteria you want to use as filters. There is a wide range of filters available. You can select the flights displayed, information displayed, bases, flight types, aircraft, crew, and more.  

With the flight filters, you are not only able to find flights or customize your list of displayed flights, but you can also determine the amount of information you want to be displayed.

5. When you finish your selection, click “Save”.

**APPLY A SMART FILTER:** (1:11)

To apply a smart filter you previously created, just:

1. Go to the Flights Module.

2. Click on the “Smart Filters” button, the down arrow icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.

3. And select your smart filter from the drop-down list.

Your filter selection will be displayed.

**DELETE A SMART FILTER:** (1:32)

To delete a smart filter you previously created:

1. Go to the Flights Module.

2. Click on the “Smart Filters” button, the down arrow icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.

3. And click on the “X” next to the smart filter you want to delete.

**ROLES AND PRIVILEGES:** (1:56)

Be sure to check the Roles and Privileges for the Flights Module to ensure each user is able to access the appropriate functionalities according to their role within the organization.

1. Go to the Users Module.

2. Click on the "Roles" button.

3. Select a role from the drop-down list.

4. Click on the Flights tab.

5. Check off the box to view the Flights Module.

6. Review the information and functionalities you want each role to have access to.
