Signatures

In this tutorial, you will learn how to upload your signature, evaluate and sign flight lessons, and fill in and sign presence sheets in the Users/Me Module, under the Signatures tab.

The Signatures tab shows all the flights and classes that have missing evaluations, presence, and signatures.

NOTE: You can decide to request a mandatory signature of the instructors and students for all evaluations, and a mandatory evaluation for all flights in the Settings, under Evaluation. For more information, please watch the tutorial, Evaluation Settings.

Let me guide you through the Signatures tab:

1. First, log in to your account.

2. Go to the Users/Me Module.

3. Select a User.

4. Click on the Signatures tab.

5. Here you can upload your e-Signature and save it. If it's your first time adding your signature to your account just click on "Upload Signature" and then select "Click here to upload an image or a PDF." Close to save.

6. Below you will find two lists. One for flights, this will be your flight session sheets/evaluations and the other for Classes, this will be your class presence sheets.

7. Under “Flights”, you can view all the flight evaluations with their code, date, type of flight, a “Pass” column that shows if the evaluation has a passing grade, and a “Signed” column that shows if the evaluation has been signed by the user, whether he is a student or instructor.

8. Next, you can download a PDF document of the flight lesson evaluation that includes the signatures of both student and instructor, as long as they have been signed.

9. By clicking on the pencil icon next to the flight, instructors can fill in the evaluation, leave comments, and sign; students will be able to view their evaluation and sign it.

10. Under “Classes”, you can view all the lessons with the date and time, a “Present” column that shows if the student attended the lesson, and a “Signed” column that shows if the evaluation has been signed or not by the user, whether he is a student or instructor.

11. Next, you can download the Presence Sheet, which includes the signatures of all the students and the instructor, as long as they have signed.

12. By clicking on the pencil icon next to the lesson, instructors can fill in the Presence Sheet and sign; students will be able to view their attendance and sign the sheet.

13. You can also choose to sign all the documents by clicking on the “Sign All” button. Just enter your password and click “Ok”.
