In this tutorial, I will show you how to do an in-flight offline evaluation for course evaluations you have previously created online.

This will let instructors complete the flight evaluations on the spot, while in the air.

Note: For a User to be able to do an offline evaluation, they must have the correct Roles and Privileges to do so.

Now, let me show you how to do an offline evaluation:

1. First log into your account.

2. Go to the Flights Module.

3. Click on the ‘Evaluations’ button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

4. Here you can pick an aircraft.

5. Set the date and time of the flight.

6. Select the crew members: Student and Instructor.

7. Select a phase and lesson from the already existing list.

Next, you will have the option to complete the evaluation.
You can grade the global evaluation and include extra remarks.
You can also grade and comment on the maneuvers by giving a general score or defining each maneuver score individually.
