Notifications Settings for Super Administrators

*These settings are only available for super administrators.*


In this tutorial, I will show you how to set-up or change your notification settings. 


1. Expand the menu in the top left-hand corner of the page.


2. Scroll down and select Settings.


3. Use the arrow buttons at the top of the Settings window, to scroll right and select the Notifications tab. (represented by the envelope icon)


Notifications:


This tab allows you to define a list of email addresses which will be notified in case of any the specific events listed below. To receive an email notification, simply enter the email address or addresses into the indicated space.


Multiple email addresses should be separated by a comma.

It is possible to receive email notifications, for the following -


1. When there is a change in bookings (new/modified/approved or cancelled)


2. When you want to be notified of an SMS event.


3. When you want to be notified of Invoices.


4. When you want to be notified of Maintenance.


Please note that in every email you receive, you have a link to unsubscribe to all of these notifications. If you click on it by mistake, you can always come back to your settings to change it later.
