Intro to the Schedule Module
This is a brief introduction to the schedule module.
The schedule module can manage all of your bookings. In the schedule tab, you can easily keep track of all your aircraft bookings, simulator bookings, classroom bookings for ground lessons, and instructors' schedule and activities.
You can easily add, edit, delete and cancel bookings. You will be able to view footprints of all modifications that have been made on a booking, by who, and when.
You can add private bookings or public bookings. You can also allow some users to book themselves and await approval.
Offering easy-to-use features such as drag&drop to modify bookings.
Be sure to use the filters to visualize and access the information you need when you need it. You can view by day, week, several weeks, or month. You can filter by the base, booking types, aircraft, instructor, classrooms, etc... save your filters as smart filters to quickly and easily view the info next time.
The system automatically checks for double bookings, expired certificates, flight and duty time, availability, account balance, pending bookings, aircraft maintenance... in the schedule settings you can customize the constraints to ensure a seamless, easy-to-use booking system.
In the dispatch tab you can have an overview of the flow of your flight bookings, what's pending, what has been canceled, dispatched, checked-in, and invoiced.
In the students' tab, you can have an overview of the students in a course, current phase, next lesson to schedule, and their main instructor. This allows for quick scheduling without errors.
