Intro to the Reports Module

This guide is an overview of the Reports Module and shows you how to view, filter, and download reports.

The Reports Module gives you the tools you need to keep track of all your activity in several pre-designed reports. This will make it easier to keep track of the day-to-day management of operations, and you will always be ready for audits. You can create unlimited pre-made reports for flight hours, bookings, landings, account balance, flight & duty time, course progress, and much more.

Now, let's have a look at some of the reports you can produce in just a few clicks.

1. Go to the Reports Module.

2. Select a report.

3. Now filter the information you want to be included in the report and click apply.

For example, I am going to select the Flight Hours Report.

  • I am going to select the dates from September 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025. You can also filter by aircraft registration, base, and/or user, and/or group. In this case, I want a full report so I will just filter by date.

Here is the hours report showing the number of hours by month, registration, aircraft type, flight type, base, night/day, and VFR/IFR.

I have the information displayed in charts but now I am going to download the Excel file.

Now you have an excel file with all the information.

This same process can be done for the other reports.
