This tutorial will give you a brief introduction to the News Module.

The News Module shares a news feed with all the users in your organization that has been given a role with the privilege to view the News Module. 

Depending on the Roles and Privileges, you may have the option to add, edit and/or delete news. To learn how to configure this, please watch the tutorial How to Manage the Roles and Privileges for the News Module.

You can set posts to have mandatory reading to ensure your users don't miss any important announcements. The post will appear as a lightbox pop-up as soon as the user logs in.

In the message, you can add a title give format to your content, and include links and images.

Users will be able to scroll down and view all the posted news, see who has shared it and also have the option to like the posts.
