This guide will give you a brief introduction to the Admin Module. The Admin Module allows you to manage your Private-Radar account.  This module provides full control over critical functions, as it allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe from different modules, order new Flight-Trackers, change the administrator’s password, view the account balance, and access the details of all invoices and payments generated.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that access to this module be limited to only the person designated to manage the Private-Radar account.

Modules: (0:43)

Here, you can manage your subscriptions to the modules available.

REMEMBER: If you unsubscribe from a module, you will still be able to use all the features until the end of the month. The subscription will finish at the end of the month.

Flight-Trackers: (0:59)

The Flight-Trackers tab displays the list of all the Flight-Trackers you own, including their IMEI numbers and the registration of the aircraft in which they are installed.

It also provides a record of your previous Flight-Tracker orders, showing the order date, number of trackers ordered, contact person, shipping address, comments, and shipment status.

In this section, you can also place new orders for additional flight-trackers.

Administrator: (1:28)

The Administrator tab shows the contact information of the administrator of the Private-Radar account.

Here you can change the administrator's password.

Company: (1:38)

The Company tab displays key information about your Organization and Private-Radar Account. You can view your Super Admin Username, which you use to log in as a Super Admin, your Organisation Name, Email, and postal address.

The email address is very important, as it is the email used to send a new password in case you forget the super admin password. It is also important to ensure that this mailbox exists.

Invoices: (2:08)

The Invoices tab shows your account balance, invoices, and payments. You can also download each invoice.
