Feedback

In this tutorial, you will learn how to give feedback to the support team in case there is an incident/improvement, etc.


1. First, log into your account.


2. On the bottom right-hand side of the screen, there is a feedback button.


3. Press the button and a window will open.


4. In this window you can select,


  • The type (Bug, Improvement, Spelling, and Other)


  • Module (Pick from the selection of modules shown on the screen and select the modules that corresponds to this incident)


  • Enter the title of the feedback, a description (please be as specific as possible), and finally, your email so that we can get back to you regarding this incident.
