Feedback
In this tutorial, I will show you how to contact our Support team directly through the application.
While you are logged in to your account you will see a "Feedback" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
From any module in the application, you can find this Feedback button.
1. When you click on the "Feedback" button a window will open.
2. Select if you are sending feedback related to a bug, improvement, spelling error, or other.
3. The module that you are currently using will automatically be selected. You can select a different module if necessary.
4. Add a title and description.
5. Please keep in mind, to help you solve the feedback efficiently you should be as specific as possible. Please give detailed information such as the date, time, and registration of flights, the name of the user(s), the invoice number(s), etc. Please outline the exact sequence of actions you performed. We will try to solve the feedback by reproducing the steps if applicable.
6. Add your email address if it is different from the one registered.
7. Click "Save".
