Evaluation:

In this tab, you can change the way your flight school evaluates lessons.

First, you have the option to make the signatures of the instructors and students mandatory.

You can choose one, both, or neither, by toggling the slider next to either -

Signature of the instructor mandatory

or

Signature of the student mandatory

To select none, leave both sliders toggled to the left.

Next, you can change the format of your evaluation scale.

You have a number of different options to choose from, including

· 1,2,3,4,5

· I, P, S (Insufficient, Pass, Sufficient)

· U, F, G, E (Unsatisfying, Fair, Good, Excellent)

To select your preferred evaluation scale, click the down facing arrow to view the options, and then click on the one you wish to use from the drop down list.

Below this, you also have the option to add global evaluation items for example,

· Procedure

· Communications

· Behavior

and so on. You can add up to 20 items of your choice. By typing in your desired Items into the corresponding space.

Next, you have the option to make evaluations mandatory for all flights. Do this by toggling the slider next to – “Evaluation mandatory for all flights”
