In this tutorial, I will show you how to download evaluations. This is a great and organized way of maintaining a record of the flight sessions, whether you are a student or an instructor.

The evaluations PDF is a summary of the flight sessions which includes the global evaluations and a detailed list of all the executed maneuvers with the grades. You can also view the student and instructor signatures.

Note: For a user to be able to download evaluations, they must have the Roles and Privileges to do so.

DOWNLOAD ALL EVALUATIONS FROM THE USERS MODULE: (0:36) 

Let me show you how to download the evaluations PDF:

1. First, log in to your account.

2. Go to the Me page, or the Users Module if you are an instructor and have access to other users, and select a user.

3. Click on the Courses Tab.

4. Select a course.

5. Scroll down and click on the "All Pdf" button to download all the flight session sheets of that course, with include the evaluations.

Alternatively, to download individual lessons and evaluations, follow the next steps:

1. Expand the phase of the course.

2. Select the lesson that you want to download.

3. Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side and select "Download PDF".

You will download a document with the same format as the previous one but that just contains a single flight session sheet.

This can also be done from the Courses Module if you have a user role with the privileges to do so. For more information about how to configure this, please watch the tutorial How to Manage the Roles and Privileges for the Courses Module.

Let me show you how to do it:

1. Go to the Courses Module.

2. Select a course.

3. Click on the Students tab.

4. Make sure you are selecting the flight lessons.

5. And expand a phase.

6. Now, choose a student and below him or her, you can click on any lesson that has been evaluated and the PDF will download.

REMEMBER: You can identify the evaluated lesson because they will be color-coded. Green for pass and red for failed. The darker the green the higher the grade, the darker the red, the lower the grade. If the lesson was validated but not evaluated, which will be color-coded in gray, there will be no PDF available.

If you are subscribed to the Reports Module, you can also download a full report of the Students’ Progress in a course, which includes a list of all the students flight lessons with the flight times and the corresponding evaluations.
