Check Off a Student as Finished in a Course
Welcome to Private-Radar Tutorials. This guide explains how to check off a student as finished in a course and how it affects the way Private-Radar manages the Users Module.
This way, you can keep all the students' records, including evaluations, exams, attendance, and flights, but you will know they have finished the course. You will also be able to hide finished students when you are displaying the student progress of a course.
Check off from the Users Module:
Go to the Users module.
Select the student.
Click on the courses tab.
Next to the course, you will see In Progress or Finished.
If you click on the edit icon, the small pencil, you can edit the status of the course (In Progress or Finished)
Don't forget to save.
Alternatively, you can do this from the courses module directly and check off several students as finished.
Check off from the Courses Module:
Go to the Courses module.
Select a course, such as ATPL V2.
Click on the students tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the progress table to the section of Lessons.
Check off the small box to mark a student as finished, as I will do now for our student Julie Apton (JAP). Now the screen will reload and hide the finished students. You see, Julie has disappeared from the progress overview.
If you want to undo this action, make sure you unselect the "hide finished" box on top of the progress table to display the finished students as well, and uncheck the finished box button for that student.
That’s how you check off a Student as finished in a Course in Private-Radar. This ensures that you can keep track of the completion of a course by a student. If you need further help, explore related tutorials about the Courses Module or contact support.
Well, that’s all for now!
Thanks for using Private-Radar Tutorials.
