In this tutorial, I will show you how to calculate the night times in the schedule based on an airport.

Let’s get started.

1. Expand the Menu on the top left-hand corner of the page and click on Settings.

2. Select Schedule.

3. Go to Night Times.

4. Here you can enter the ICAO code of the airport for which the night times will be calculated.

Note: Night Times are based on the EASA definition; From the beginning of the civil twilight to the end of the civil in the morning, to the end of civil twilight in the evening.

Now that you have configured the night times, the sections will appear dark blue on the schedule to block off night times. You can adjust the Schedule Display Options by using the Schedule Filters and defining the time range you would like to be displayed.

Don't forget to save.
