**VIEW AIRCRAFT CERTIFICATES WARNINGS:** (0:56)

The certificates that have expired or are about to expire are visible in the Dashboard Module, within the Aircraft tab. Certificates in red are the ones that have already expired, and in yellow are the certificates that are about to expire.

Track all the aircraft certificates, such as airworthiness and insurance. Keep the current certificates up-to-date to receive accurate information, since the system displays notifications for expired aircraft certificates.

Besides, the certificates are synchronized with the Schedule Module, so, in case an aircraft has an expired certificate, the schedule and dispatch settings can prevent that aircraft from being booked or dispatched.

**SETTINGS:** (1:36)

To prevent a booking, go to Settings>Schedule>Aircraft constraints> Prevent booking when a certificate expired.

And to prevent a dispatch, go to Settings>Dispatch>Aircraft constraints>Prevent dispatch when a certificate expired.

3. Select a role from the dropdown list, for example, Instructor.
