What happens when you set a User to Inactive Status?

LOG IN


The user won’t be able to keep log into his/her account. The following message will appear: 

“You are not authorized to access Private-Radar. Please contact your administrator.”


SCHEDULE FLIGHTS


The user will keep appearing in the flights previously scheduled, but won’t be able to be scheduled in new flights.


SCHEDULE COURSES


The same happens with the courses, the user will continue to appear in the courses previously scheduled, but won’t be able to be scheduled in new courses.


USER GROUPS


The inactive user will continue to appear in the groups previously joined, but won’t appear when trying to select users from those groups in other modules. For example, the inactive user will appear in the Groups tab in the Users Module. But, when trying to filter users from a group in the schedule, mailing list, or any other tool that uses the groups filter, the inactive user won’t appear on the list.


DASHBOARD MODULE


The inactive user will disappear from the users alerts in the Users tab.


REPORTS


The inactive user will continue to appear in the Reports Module, showing all the information that was previously collected when he/her was active.


You may need to log in again to view the active/inactive changes made.
