Why does the error message “This email already exists in another school” appear when I try to create an account?

This message means that the email you want to add already exists in another school. Emails have to be unique in Private-Radar because they are the login name to access the school account.

You have 2 possibilities:

1. Use a different email address.

2. If this user wishes to remove their email address from the other school, they need to send an email to dataprotection@private-radar.com, requesting to remove it.
