If you received the error message, "Incorrect e-mail/username or password" when trying to log in, please check that you correctly entered your email/username and password. 

Your username is your email address that was registered by your flight school. 

NOTE: If you are the admin, your username is not your email address. The school admin account is the unique name that was registered by Private-Radar when the account was created for the flight school.  For example, the school could be called Flintstone Flight School and the username might be "flintstone". Your username was sent to you when the school account was created. If you don't remember it, please write to support@private-radar.com.
