How to Configure the Profile Rights for the Invoices Module
In this tutorial, I will show you how to configure the profile rights for the Invoices Module.
The Invoices Module allows you to add and keep track of all the proformas, invoices, payments, products and different legal entities.
Let's get started.
1. First, log in to your account.
2. Go to the Users Module.
3. Click on the profiles icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.
4. Select a profile from the drop-down menu.
5. Select 'Invoices' from the menu on the left.
The Invoices module should only be reserved for administrative profiles, make sure you give access to the right profiles.
All of the profile rights to the Invoices Module correspond to the tabs and different functionalities available in the module.
Now, if you want this profile to view the Invoices Module, check the box.
It is possible to limit the view to one or several legal entities in case you have many.
You can allow the profile to view proformas by checking off the box.
Also to add, edit and delete proformas.
If you want this profile to view invoices, check the box.
You can also allow to add, edit, and delete invoices.
Next, you can allow the profile to view payments.
And also to add, edit, and delete payments.
You can allow this profile to view products.
As well as to add, edit, and delete products.
Lastly, you can allow this profile to view legal entities.
And to add, edit, and delete legal entities.
Set up your profile configuration for the Invoices Module according to the access you want to grant to each profile.
