How to Configure the Profile Rights for the Documents Module
In this tutorial, I will show you how to configure the Profile Rights for the Documents Module. The Documents Module allows you to easily add and share folders and files with your users.
You control what files and folders are visible by sharing files and folders.
Profiles allow you to control users' level of access.
You can clearly define what each profile can do within the Documents Module.

Let's get started.
1. First, log into your account.
2. Go to the Users Module.
3. Click on the Profiles icon on the top right-hand corner.
4. Choose a profile from the drop-down menu.
5. Now select Documents from the menu on the left-hand side.
6. Select the Criteria.
For example, I am going to select the Student profile. I will allow students to view the documents module, they will only be allowed to view files and folders that I share with a specific user, a group, or everyone.
I will not allow my Students to add files and folders, edit folders, share files and folders, or delete files and folders. I will leave these boxes unchecked.
Let's, have a look from the student's perspective.
For each profile, I can configure these rights. For example, now I will select the Administration profile. I am going to check all the boxes so they can add files and folders, edit folders, share files and folders, or delete files and folders.
