How to Add/Remove Other Users to the Schedule

In this tutorial, I will show you how to Add Other Users to the Schedule and Delete Other Users from the Schedule.


By default, you will see Aircraft, Simulators, Flight Instructors, Theory Instructors, and Classrooms displayed on the Schedule. 


**ADD** (0:19)


To display a User on the Schedule the same way instructors are displayed, follow these steps:  


1. Go to the Schedule module.


2. Click on the Schedule tab. 


3. Click on the Filters icon on the top right-hand corner of the page. The Schedule Filters window will open. Scroll down to the Other Users Section and click on the button "Add Other Users".


4. Select the Users. You can Check All the Users, Uncheck All the Users, and filter by Group by the "Select a Group" drop-down list.


5. Click 'OK' to save or Cancel to not save the changes.


**REMOVE** (0:55)


To Remove a User from the Schedule:


1. Go to the Schedule module.


2. Click on the Schedule tab. 


3. Click on the Filters icon on the top right-hand corner of the page. The Schedule Filters window will open. Scroll down to the "Other Users" section.


4. Uncheck the relevant Users.


5.  Click 'OK' to save or Cancel to not save the changes.


**ROLES AND PRIVILEGES** (1:20)


A user must have correct the Roles and Privileges to be able to Add Other Users to the Schedule.
