How to Add/Edit/Delete an Aircraft

In this tutorial you will learn how to add, edit, and delete an aircraft.


ADD:


1. Please sign in to your account.


2. Go to the Aircraft module.


3. Click on the plus sign in the top right-hand corner.


4. In the pop-up window you must add the required information by selecting the make, model, and registration.


5. You can upload a picture by clicking on the image/camera icon in the left-hand corner of the window.


6. You can select active or inactive. Active aircraft will appear in the schedule and can be reserved. Inactive aircraft do not appear in the schedule and cannot be reserved.


7. You can add as much additional information as you want. Such as details about the engines, propellers, and hobbs meter.


8. If you manage multiple bases here is where you can define a main base and temporary base of an aircraft. You can specify the date range of the temporary base.


9. Additionally you can add info about the fuel and oil capacity and consumption.


10. Don't forget to save.


EDIT:


1. To edit an aircraft go to the aircraft module.


2. Select the aircraft.


3. Click on the edit information button (the small pencil) on the top right-hand corner.


4. Here you can edit the desired information.


5. Don't forget to save or cancel if you don't want save the information. Remember, If you click outside the pop-up window the information will not be saved.


DELETE:


1. To delete an aircraft rate go to the aircraft module.


2. Select the aircraft.


3. Click on the delete aircraft button (the small trash can) on the top right-hand corner.


4. You will be prompted with a warning, "You are going to delete an aircraft. This operation can't be undone. Are you sure ?" Please select "yes" if you are sure or "no" to cancel. You can set an aircraft to inactive instead of deleting it. If you delete an aircraft you will lose all the information related to this aircraft.
