How to Log In to Your Account (users)
1. To log in you must have a username and password. Your username is usually your email address unless you are the admin.
2. Go to the login page of your school.
3. Enter your username and password.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD:
1. If you forgot your password, please click on the link “Forgot your password”.
2. In the pop-up window, write your email to receive a new password. If you are the admin you must write your username to receive a new password.
3. Then click on the button “send me a new password”. A new password will be generated and sent to your inbox. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us at
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD:
1. To change your password, go to the "ME" tab and click on the icon on the top right-hand corner "Change password".
2. Enter and confirm your new password.
3. Don't forget to save.
ADMIN LOG IN:
1. If you are the admin, please remember to sign in with your organization’s unique username, not your email address.
